  • Girl's night at my friends house, so I only have to bring spinach artichoke dip.

Tomorrow however I'm making bratt sandwiches with carmelized onions and brown mustard grilled into the bread, horseradish potato salad, and fresh fruit.

  • Italian Beef on Hoagies
A good chuck roast (large) Brown on both sides in skillet (I just always do, some don't)
    Put in Crock Pot
Add 1 cup water, 1 packet Good Seasons' Italian Dressing season packet, 1 packet of Lipton Beefy Onion Soup Mix
    Add--Chopped Bell Peppers(2) & Chopped White/Red Oniion(2)
    Add 5 cloves garlic (mashed)
and let it cook 8hrs on low atleast ( I strain off alot of fat at end)
    Serve on Hoagies
It makes quite alot and lasts weekend for kids to help themselves & reheat in microwave.
