What do you wash your kids face with?

i wash my face with good facial cleansers so i was thinking shouldnt i be doing the same thing for my girls? 12, 7, 5 do you use just a regular bar soap to wash their face or an actual facial cleanser?

  • At 12 she should start using some sort of facial cleanser, however for the younger girls its not necessary. Their pores dont get as clogged until they hit puberty and the skin starts producing more oil.

  • If DS is just messy, a baby wipe. If he is in the bath it's a rag with light baby soap on it. He is 17months old

  • anti-bacterial handsoap, from the pump usually..because he just goes to the sink himself.
    if he's in the bath, he uses Paul Mitchell's Baby Don't Cry shampoo(great body wash!).

  • My sons a teenager so he uses proactiv but when he was little we used whatever soap/bodywash he was using at the time but I wish I would have used a mild facewash on him when he was younger..

  • We all use Epicuren. My husband and kids use their gelle cleanser, I use the citrus herbal cleanser. My kids are 13 & 15, they started with a professional cleanser at 12. Prior to that, they used purpose cleanser, it's an inexpensive one you can pick up at the drug store that provides a deep clean without anything harsh.

  • My son has such sensitive skin like me so I always keep a bottle of baby wash around . Or just plain water!!

  • For the younger children, a gentle baby wash cleanser! for your older daughter use a faciacl cleanser for young teenagers!
