  • If my child was interested or was asking questions about it, probably so. Would I go into every little detail? No, but I would explain the trail process and give the general overview of what is going on.

  • Yes, I would talk about it. But I would not go into detail, for example how she was found. I was "sheltered" as I was growing up and I learned a lot of things from my peers and sex from my boyfriend (whom is now my DH since I was 19). Basically I was so sheltered I felt that certain topics in life was off limits and didnt feel comfortable asking. So I would never want my child to go to anyone else to find out things she may be curious about. Because if ur child is like mine his/her ears are always listening. They may not ask any questions then but they are curious about what you are talking about and will find out from somewhere.

  • I wouldn't bring it up out of the blue, but if the news was on and she asked I would explain. Better her know all in the correct information then pick up random information and be misinformed.
