in your early stages (four weeks almost five ) could you have your period and is that normal could it have anything to do with your hgc levels

  • no its not normal to have your period when you are pregnant. it doesnt matter if you are 2, 3, 4 or 30 weeks pregnant. you period is always a sign that you need to get checked by your OB. it happens, yes. but that doesnt mean its normal. if you are bleeding, then go to your OB and let them check where exactly the blood is coming from. (uterus or vagina)

  • You can continue to have your period. Some women do. It has nothing to do with your hcg levels. You defintly talk to your dr to make sure it is af and not a mc. good luck

  • i have been to my doctor an er almost everyday but they really haven't told me anything like if i was miscarrageing or not all they say is its to early to tell

  • Well you def. go to a different ER and a different Dr then. because thats bullshit. They are suppose to get a blood test done, make an ultrasound and do a vaginal check-up. And they need to do that soon. Cant believe you went back home with not knowing whats going on. Please, go to a different doctor and let them check whats going on.

  • i have been to 2 different er and they both said about the same but the last one gave me a lil more hope he told me that he could see my uterus and that they were not open so the bleeding may not be comeing from there

  • im sorry but thats crap its not normal to have a period while pregnant and as far as them not telling you anything is crap to i started bleeding at 4weeks i went in and they did blood work a vaginal exam and then a u/s. They can to tell you whats going on and where they thing the blood is coming from id find a different dr and another ER.
