I use an Excel spreadsheet for my budget. I use online banking. i keep my addresses in an Excel spreadsheet. I keep a spreadsheet of all of our medical expesnes. Every time we go to the doctor, I log it, what the visit was for, how much we paid in a copay, then i wait for the bill to come and the insurance paper and log it. I can find discrepancies easily that way.
