I use my ipod to keep track of all the appointments I take my kids to. PT, OT, Speech, etc. It helps me organize my chaotic life:)

Sometimes i click the little red flag on my important emails to make sure i deal with them. Other than that, i don't I still use a paper planner.

I use the calander on my outlook email acct at work ALLLLL the time. I have 27 people that I take care of. I love that I can put their info in teh calander (when new plans are due, reminders etc) and it will remind me of everything.

I use an Excel spreadsheet for my budget. I use online banking. i keep my addresses in an Excel spreadsheet. I keep a spreadsheet of all of our medical expesnes. Every time we go to the doctor, I log it, what the visit was for, how much we paid in a copay, then i wait for the bill to come and the insurance paper and log it. I can find discrepancies easily that way.
