  • I love to slice up some potatoes and butternut squash, coat with olive oil, salt/pepper, parsley and put in a foil packet on the grill with whatever meat we're having, adding the squash really makes it something special.
Bacon wrapped asparagus on the grill (just brush with a little garlic infused olive oil).....Yum!
Bacon wrapped fish filets on the grill.......choose a hearty whitefish and turkey bacon works just as well (and tastes better, IMO)
New twist to the beeer can chicken....Take a Whole chicken, coat with little olive oil, salt pepper, rosemary, tooth pick some lemon slices to the sides, and make a foil tent over top to help stay moist.....Cook it on a can filled with white wine instead of beer. Yummm!
