Have a tip for fixing shrimp on the grill.?

  • My friend that makes it usually wraps them in bacon and uses a toothpick or scewer to put them on there, she doesn't leave them on too long but they always come out tasting SO good!

  • They cook quickly, so the best tip is to not overcook. For grilled shrimp, I usually soak my shrimp in some "cumin salt water" (just cover the shrimp in water and add a good tbsp or more of cumin and sea salt) for about 30 minutes before putting over the fire.

  • I soak mine in salt water and skewer it and cook it quickly. I use a cajun seasoning right before it goes on the grill.
