MANAGER DOES NOT LIKE ME????

Here is the story,I went to work today to get my schedule and I got no hours at all,I mean zero!!!! I know he made the schedule!!! I also know he does not like me!!!!! What is his problem?

  • Can u report him? I would ask him why and have a tape recorder on invade he says something you can use against him.

  • Contact corporate HR, and start looking for something else.

  • That's what happened to me when I worked at a buffet-style restaurant 10 years ago. Each week, my schedule would have less and less hours. The managers didn't like me because I made a mistake during a day when corporate was visiting. It was their own faults-they made me do a job I had never done b4. Instead of placing the blame on themselves, they took it out on ME. I finally gave my two weeks' notice.

  • I would try to gather any evidence of what he has done that shows he is targeting you and go "armed" with that information to corporate or whoever his manager is.
