can you drink it when your pregnant some people say you can and others say you can't can you?

  • Most doctors recommend taking in no more than 200 mg of caffeine per day when you are pregnant. This is approximately 2 regular cups of coffee or 4 cups of tea. I definitely understand the want or need for caffeine, and it is certainly harder when you are pregnant. You may want to see if your doctor has any suggestions during your pregnancy. Good luck!

  • I wouldn't. It has way too much caffeine in it. I won't even drink Mt. Dew while pregnant, lol. But, you could discuss it with your doctor. Of course I am only giving my opinion and not the facts.

  • NO they are bad enough for you when your not preggers....my school nurse had to send at least 4 ppl to the er for them..this wasnt to long ago im only 20 lol...but i wouldnt drink them ever while im preggers....good luck nd congrats
