  • French Dip. Easy and yummy. All you need is some long rolls, thinly sliced deli roast beef, white cheese of any kind that you enjoy, and au jus mix. Put the roast beef and cheese open faced in the oven for about 5 min. on low to slightly melt the cheese. Make the au jus according to directions. And there you go! Hot roast beef with yummy thin gravy to dip it in!

  • A rotisserie chicken pre cooked from the hot deli at the grocery store. Pick up some potato or macaroni salad from the cold deli, and open a can of veggies!
Or slice chicken breasts and fry them in olive oil. They don't take very long to fully cook. Put them in a salad, or have them with rice.
In a real rush, canned soup and a sandwich or salad.
    Now I'm hungry!!!

  • This started as a pregnancy craving but now we eat it all the time. We fry some hamburger and mix it with spinach and Velveeta mac and cheese. It's so yummy. Very bad for you, but so yummy.

  • 1 pkg potatoe shreds, 5-6 eggs (beaten), 1/2 pkg. Mexican-flavored cheese shreds or to taste (kraft seasoned ones), 1-1lb beef kielbasa or beef sausage cut into small pieces & pre-cooked.....Dump it all into a bowl & mix together (add salt & pepper to taste now, if you want), then dump into a well buttered casserole dish (9x13 minimum size), sprinkle more cheese on top and bake at 350 degrees for an hour or until a knife inserted into the center comes out fairly dry. Yum! And the leftovers, if there are any, are fantastic reheated for breakfast the next day.
