Tips on getting firm with having twins...

I actually have a gym membership and before my twins I loved going during the day. My older son was in school and I had so much time to myself I didnt miss the time and looked forward to it. NOW, the only time I can get to the gym is after daddy gets home and by that time I am too tired. Also I get so little time to myself that working out is the last thing I want to do. I am not so much worried about weight loss, more wanting toning. Any tips to get it in and not feel it takes all my free time?

  • squats, lunges... wieghts

  • Exercise with your babies (if they are young/small enough) you can use them as weights.
