Help put my mind at ease. Husband made ribs that had been the fridge for a week. His mom said good yet but mine would have said not good. What do you think?

can any tell me if the ribs will be okay with my girls eating. I do not need 3 sick kids on my hand. What do you think? Still good or not?

  • raw I think. I mean he called his mom to see if good or not. I hope see is right or he will take care of the girls. One barely ate anything but the other two did pretty jobs on theirs. What should I watch for? How long?

  • The health department says 3-5 days for cooked meats in the fridge.

  • Nausea,vomiting,diarrhea
Keep them hydrated if any symptoms occur. Take to the doctor if they can't keep anything down for a few hours or pass blood orally or rectally

  • I would not have cooked them either but going thourgh a divorce and would have been very mad at me if I had said no way they would eat that for dinner. One time when girls would not eat he throw silverware around the table.
