Diet Salad dressings?

Any of you have any favorite "diet" salad dressings? I bought a fat free ranch and I about puked, really gross! I like eating chopped veggies with balsalmic vinn. but its getting old; so I want a dressing to change it up a bit. Recipes would be prefered.. but if there is a store bought brand you like I would love to hear it!! Thanks!!

  • Kraft Light Thousand Island is pretty good for a light dressing - and I really like Ken's Light Cesar - but it has more calories than the Kraft. I don't care for anything fat free.

  • Ken's Steak House - Lite Raspberry Vinagarette
    Kraft - Asian Toasted Sesame

  • I usually blend some berries up and put that on.

    How about:

    tomato live dressing:
6oz tomatoes, 11/2 oz of pitted whole black olives

    Creamy herb dressing:
    6oz tomatoes,
    6 oz avocado
1 oz of one of dill or cilantro

  • Nope. I don't use regular salad dressings. They're always full of fat and calories no matter if they're labeled diet or not. I get a side of mayo with my salad instead. Tastes great and sooo much better for ya.

  • Mayo is egg and oil... how is that not filled with fat and calories? lol

  • I usually douse my cucumbers and carrots in red wine vinegar, Italian seasoning and a little sugar.
