Any ideas for a last minute pot luck? I need to bring some finger foods, so people could snack thru out the day.

  • Well, snacks are great. Little smokies in BBQ sauce, put them in a crock pot. Also you can do bacon wrapped water chestnuts in BBQ sauce, crock pot, same idea. Or there is spinach dip in Hawaiin Bread. Chips and Dip, a Taco- salsa, sour cream and cheese dip, etc.. etc..

  • I do mini sandwiches too, since I am vegetarian, I usually do pimiento cheese, pb&j, and a cream cheese with veggies (like cucumber or tomato). All of those hold up quite well.
