  • Love it...I work out and train 6 days a week and make sure I'm active all 7 (I don't do any actual "exercise" on Saturdays but I talk walks with the family, go to the pool etc) If I miss a day I feel lethargic and cranky

  • I love to exercise,I walk,swim,play basketball. I even do the yardwork looking at it from the viewpoint it is exercise

  • Depends on the day. Today I'm just not feeling it. Yesterday I ran 8 miles, walked 2, then gardened for an hour. So some days yes, others, not so much.
