What time do you put your 2 1/2 year old to bed?

I am just curious because I was told I put him to sleep late but he won't go to bed before that. Even if I start the routine earlier, it still ends up finishing at the exact same time. We start the whole bath, teeth brushing, book reading, cuddling routine at 7:30ish and it ends between 8:30-8:45 everynight so that's pretty much what time he goes to sleep at.

  • My daughter hasnt day time napped since she was about 22 mths (she goes into her room for quiet time but doesnt sleep), she always went down at 6.30 with the bedtime routine ending at 630, now she is almost 4, she normally goes down at btw 7- 7.15, if she has had a big day or has a big day the following day she still goes down at 630.

  • My son isnt quite two....but he goes to bed between 8 and 9 every night. Hes been starting to take later naps...or sometimes none at all...and that effect bedtime, but he's still pretty usual.

  • Firm bedtime is 9. But occasionally my son drops from exhaustion earlier because he doesn't nap anymore. If he naps, he will be up til midnight and make me so frustrated and tired. And on holidays like last night he was up til a little past ten. Bedtime also seems to go out the window when my mom is visiting cuz there's so much playing to pack into a 2 or 3 day visit lol
