Anyone else's baby have a change in sleep habits at 7 months old??

She was sleeping until 5:30am eating and then sleeping until 7am, now she wakes up at 2:30am eats, plays for at least an hour, last night it was 2 hours of babbling, and then gets up by 6am. Any suggestions?? We are desperate for a good nights rest!!

  • it could be growing pains or teething pains, it could be other things. just what i always try to remember is this saying i heard one time, that the last good night sleep you got was the night you consived. if you dont understand after that your prego, so that coul have sleep side effects, the you have anewborn, then it could be night mears as they get older, then its that they are staying at a friends house, or grams, then its that their out all night with friends, maybe even boys and so on...

  • My ds slept thru nite wonderfully until 6 months. Now he been getting up multiple times every nite. He almost 9 months now. Thankfully not getting up to play tho. Good luck!

  • it will soon go away, no worries, this is about the time babies go through there seperation anxiety phase, she is checking that you are still there, just keep doing what your doing and she will know that you are still there for her and she will grow out of it, but it will get worse before it gets better, only during the day though, she will see you leave or go into the bathroom or something and she will cry, my daughter is 10 months and is just getting over it, but everyone is different : )
