  • My four year old is a serious collector of rocks. My grandfather is a geologist and gave him the rock bug. He also collects postcards from places we traveled to and we put them in his baby book after writing a memory on them. I also buy patches to sew onto a travel back pack one day for him. He did collect Thomas the Train until recently. And now pewter figures - also started by my grandfather. I am not a big knick knack kind of girl so it is hard for me to be laid back about it.
