I recieved a call Fri that the contractor will be at my house early Tuesday morning to start foundation dig so I took the day off work to be home and wth no contractor no call

  • Sometimes they come on times, sometimes late. I hope that yours shows up. Maybe call and ask?

  • It has been my experience that anyone that shows up to your house to do a job or service will always be late. Or extremely early, our carpet cleaning appointment was from 12-4...@ 11:30 I got a call saying we were here to clean your carpet and no one is here to let us in...Seriously?

  • I would call them, and I would demnad a discount on service for their unprofessionalism or I would bring my business elsewhere.

  • I called and was told at 5 pm my price was mis quoted they want to charge me 5,000 more so I have someone else comming at 8 am really? I signed the contract in January u up the price 7 mos later U R FIRED
