Is there anything you do to get your energy up when on your period? adult content

I am so run down on my first day ot two. Do you do anything to help?

  • multivitamins and lots of water...other than that, just sleep when you're tired.

  • I exercise regularly and try to eat more fruits and veggies as AF gets closer, as long as cramps don't kill me I can normally function like it is any other day.

  • i feel the same
    i took 3 hour naps both yesterday and the day before
    that helped with my mood and brain function
    its the next day and i still feel refreshed even after a night of party

  • I drink nettle tea every day, and as long as I do that, it seems to help....I also drink dandelion leaf tea during to help with the bloating....I make sure I eat red meat during, also to help with iron, as well as spinach...

  • Chocolate always helped me.  I haven't had a period in 10 years but the chocolate still helps.big smile mini
