Do you buy Organic bananas?

  • No, there's not really a reason to buy organic bananas. Look at the lists of the dirty dozen and the clean 15. The dirty dozen you should always buy organic, the clean 15 doesn't make much of a difference if you buy organic or conventional. Not sure where bananas fall on the scale, but fruits with thick skin that you peel like bananas, avocados, melons, etc are typically considered fine to eat conventional.
