Anyone Ever Seen the Coral Castle in Florida? Amazing!

The Coral Castle was originally named: Ed's Place. A stone complex in Homestead, Florida stands as a monument of one mans solitary efforts to understand and use the knowledge of the ancient pyramid masons. He claimed to have unlocked these secrets and constructed a complex containing over 110,000 lbs. of solid coral rock, the largest piece of which weighs more than 31,000 lbs. by itself.
Ed was a small man. At around 110 lbs and just over 5 ft. tall, he didn't look the type to move mountains of rock single-handedly. However, it seems that he did: Not just once, but twice! Originally, Ed's Place was constructed in Rock Gate, just up the road from Homestead. See about Ed at Also, at you can find additional information and access to some of Ed's writings and ideas.

  • I love stuff like that. Sort of like the Winchester heiress who was told by a fortune teller that she would die when her house was completed, so she kept building on it til she died. It has doors that don't go anywhere, stairs that end in a blank wall, all kinds of crazy stuff.
