WHAT IS WRONG WITH AMERICA???????????????????

When people can kill children and get let off???(Casey Anthony) Hello, it was pretty freaking obvious, stupid justice system lets another one off.......GRRRRR. Her guilt will rot her soul.

  • There are flaws in our so-called Justice System. But if you don't allow for reasonable doubt, innocent people will be convicted of crimes they didn't commit. On the other hand, as we see with this case, someone who is probably guilty gets off because there is no hard evidence of guilt. I agree it's disturbing to think about, but I don't know it could be fixed.

  • I don't think her guilt will rot her soul. You have to have a conscience to feel guilty. Unless you are talking about her paying after her death, in which case we cannot stand in judgement, but we all pay for our sins.

  • What DNA evidence are you talking about? There was no DNA evidence or cause of death, that's why there is a doubt. "Not Guilty" is far from being the same thing as "Innocent."
