heat rash between itchy and painful. OTC meds ideas anyone?

  • Hydrocortizone creme has always helped me with any itchy rashes. Also, try putting baby powder on it to dry it up, baby powder rocks!

  • wash with mild soap and dry thoroughly put powder before sleeping do this till gone every time you think about it

  • I don't know what you can to treat it, but my mom gets a heat rash on her inner thighs. She prevents it by putting underarm deodorant/antiperspirant on her inner thighs every morning. It would probably work between your breasts too.

  • I always put baby powder between my breast before putting on my bra it helps alot

  • I feel your pain! I have one right now, and it's driving me nuts! I used to use deodorant for it too, but powder works really well too. Hope you feel better soon!
