Does felt stick to felt?

I want to make a story board for my kids for Christmas. Do I use felt for the backing as well as felt cutouts? Or do I need to use flannel for the backing? What sticks to what?

  • Felt will stick to felt, just make sure you use the correct glue.

  • Felt does stick to felt, my mom made my niece a storyboard out of felt pieces and she glued a large piece of felt to a piece of plywood, then cut out small felt shapes and all to make stories with.
