I need some suggestions on how I can clear my mind and center my thoughts...

I'm FA-REEKING out about packing for vacation. I'm going it alone and my mind is racing and I feel like I have an anxiety attack over it. I can't focus and I feel like my head is spinning. How can I save myself from having a nuclear meltdown? Seriously...I've never felt so crazy in my life!
