How can I get more iron in my 1 year old?

  • Try feeding more iron rich foods. The iron from foods is much better absorbed than pills and drops. Also if you give vit C(orange juice is good) whit iron rich foods it helps the absorption even more. I found this list....

  • Ask your pediatrician they have iron pills that you can dissolve in their food or get some pedealite nutrition drink with iron my sister used the drinks and they seem to work the best they are also flavored so your child will drink them
