i had some NOT being pregnant, and with my daughter (shes 3 now), while i was pregnant and after she was born... now its really bad and im pregnant again. i am worried about everything and anything. i am having a much harder time using self talk and such, i usually end up crying and going to bed. i would reeeeally appreciate some advice on how to cope and possibly how to overcome this huge obstacle..
