  • oh how i wish..i do it the old fashioned hand. I got my 40 garbage pail that i converted into a wash pail..aundry soap and a toilet plunger (new of course). I have a laundry mat right across the street but i cant always afford to get the laundry done...So stone age it is

  • I have Maytag Bravos. I'm not so sure I like these washers that spin the clothing so dry. They seem to beat the clothing up and shut off for "unbalanced loads" quite easily. I also have Maytag Neptunes- I love those-

I did not get front loaders because I have hardwood floors and an upstairs laundry. In addition, those pedestals are just an extra charge-

  • Maytag High Efficiency. I had to set the dryer to timed dries. Otherwise we like them.

  • I have an Admiral top loader set, which is like Maytag generic I think. It was the cheapest set home depot had but i love it. It's bigger than I thought it would be and it uses less water than traditional washing machines. Even though it's not one of those expensive brands I love it
