burning

i have a burning sensation in my stomach what is it and how do i get it to go away, its killing me

  • If it is, could be GERD, IBS, Heart Burn. Try Tums or Rolaids or Mylanta. Hope you feel better.

  • Probably heartburn. Try Tums, or Pepcid.

  • Also, after you eat, be sure not to lie down for at least half an hour, and try to avoid acidic foods like tomatoes, citrus and chocolate (I know, chocolate is a heartbreak!).

  • I doubt it's gerd if it's pregnancy related. It's probably just heartburn from your baby pressing up against things and crowding things.

  • COuld be heartburn, but if it is actually in your stomach area, it could be an ulcer. Is there a certain time when it starts to burn? It could also just be your insides stretching....
