Pizza or milk?

I've been trying to pinpoint which one is causing my acid reflux. Could it be both?

  • I would think more the pizze because of the red sauce, but i'm not 100% sure.

  • I heard milk is good for it, I'd say it's the pizza.

  • My guess would be the tomato sauce in the pizza, and possibly any spicy meat it might have (like pepperoni).

  • I have to say pizza as well because it's a spicier food. Usually the tomato sauce is the cause and milk is supposed to smooth it.... Generally speaking anyways.
