  • I find it too difficult to travel by vehicle anywhere with Abby, she tries her best to get out of her carseat, she gets bored so easy, she will watch part of a DVD then wants to stop and eat even when she isn't hungry.

  • Fly.
My DD is 2 1/2 now and we just took her to Disney. (2 1/2 hours) (I live in Baltimore)
She was all sorts of excited, she had a window seat, ect...

When she was 1, we flew to Vegas. Again, she didd great. (6 hours)
I took crayons and coloring books. We read books and played with toys.

If you're going long distances, I would rather fly.

  • drive. there is so much pressure getting thru security & getting to the terminal on time & you can only bring certain things & i cant handle it. but in a car they can just snooze or we listen to music or sing. theres no pressure to do anything by someone else's time schedule & a lot less stuff to worry about.
