  • Why does your doctor think you should be on Progesterone? Usually women go off of Progesterone around the 12 week mark, when the placenta takes over. I went off of it at 12 weeks.

  • he says im highrisk for miscarriage cause i had a c section with my diaughter. i been feeling great with this preg (besides being tired and mnorning sickness) but no cramping or blood or anything. so im confused cause everyone i know who took this didnt this late in the game.

  • I agree, it's really late to be starting Progesterone. I would get your levels checked because by now, the placenta should be working just fine. Having a c-section shouldn't change your hormone levels. Usually Progesterone is used to prevent miscarriage in the first trimester, not this late.

  • they said that sometimes its a safety precaution cause i had the c section. im not even completely healed yet. so they want to make sure i stay pregnant. they are only having me on it for a month maybe 2. ugh.
