Chores and Schedules

My family runs on chore lists and schedules.

Laundry Schedule shows what days each persons laundry gets done (for the exception of potty mistakes and the like)
Menu for the week is made to show what breakfast, lunch, and dinner will be.
Chores for each person.
I make small schedules for each room and what needs to be done daily, weekly, monthly, and so on...

Any one else do this?

  • i also have two family with our monthly plans (birthdays, parties, other activities, and appointments) and one used to keep up with cleaning...they are color coded as well. I have charts, lists, and schedules in a huge book...that way if i am ever away from the home and someone needs to know how to care for my family (which happened when i had two different emergency surgeries)
