If I'm substituting white wine vinegar for white wine, do I use less?

The recipe calls for 10 3/4 oz of white wine, but I have white wine vinegar.

  • Do not use vinegar!!! You will ruin the dish!!! Buy a cheep bottle of wine rather than spend time cooking only to end up w sour food from using ww vinegar:p

  • No, do NOT substitute white wine vinegar. White wine is sweet, vinegar is not.
Do you have any white grape juice?
