Why is the baby more active during the night time

  • because you are finally more relaxed and have stopped "rocking" your baby to sleep all day

  • Because you are still and "notice" the movements.. When you are active during the day you don't feel the baby move as much. Some say your movements put the baby to sleep.. IDK but sounds good :)

  • Because when you are up and about you are rocking the baby to sleep, when you sleep the baby doesn't have that anymore, so night time is babies awake time!

  • the earlier on its bc you are so still and relaxed you notice it more and later on it could be the babes sleep patteren is off
