  • I was friends with my SIL until she didn't have ant use for me and got the money she wanted.

  • it shouldnt but it does, we found out first hand, we used to be on welfare up until 3 years ago when my husband got a great paying job, we get zero assistance, pay our bills, and other necessities and still have money to spend on whatever. we have had friends stop coming over since we are doing better, and we dont brag, our finances are our business only, but they know where he works and knows that company pays well.

  • No..I have my two best friends, and even though dh makes much better money and I stay at home (while they and their dh's both work) we're still as good of friends as we ever were. I think it helped me when I realized who my real friends were and kind of dropped those that weren't.
