I am from Georgia ...........

I LOVE pork chops. You would think I would be a pork chop maven......I can't cook a decent one for the life of me! Either not done, more often TOO done, too bland, too dry........I just had to complain........I really wanted some last night, and once again..........BLAH!!!!!!! Thanks for letting me vent.

  • Try those cooking bags. Just season them up. Pop them in the oven. They come out great.

  • Have you ever tried the seasoned flour for breading chicken/pork chops? That makes a big difference. If I have thin cut pork chops I will pan fry them. If I have medium thick I will pan fry for about 4 mins per side at med low heat and put in the crock pot, make gravy and pour over the pork chops, and then add a little water. Put on low heat or warm for 4-6 hrs. Thick cut I oven fry covered with tin foil on 250 for about 6 hrs turning at least once.
