What can I make with ground chicken? I found some on sale but I have never used it before.

I was thinking about it and thought it would probably need more seasoning then ground beef....Thanks!

  • anything you can make with ground beef. It will need more seasoning, when I use ground turkey, I use an egg and about 1/4 cup parmesan cheese in it to make it moister.

  • oh god i love making chicken burgers. season it with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and parsley, ad 1 egg. form into burgers and grill them or cook them on the stove for 8 min on each side, put your fave toppings on, i personally love pickles, cucumber, tomato, and lettuce, and serve. chicken burgers are AMAZING

  • It's tasty and less greasy than beef so it does dry out a bit...then again, everyone has already mentioned that. :) I love it and use it as a replacement for any ground meat in any recipe.

  • Anything that you use beef for and yes, you will need to add a little extra seasoning. Also, the ground chicken and turkey cooks faster than beef.
