WYR: See a guilty person walk free or an innocent person punished unfairly?

I saw this statement made, in the news, a while ago and it got me thinking so I thought I'd ask here.

  • I would rather seen an innocent person punished because nobody's THAT innocent. Yes, I'm completely serious about that.
