Wait, what did she say?!

DD's were fighting in their room and when I went to see what the deal was I walked in and said "No fighting girls, what's going on?"

My 5 year old looked at me and said "We weren't fighting, we were having a mild disagreement with raised voices."

Wait, what?!?!

OMG, she's gonna a politician or lawyer with excuses like that

What are some funny things your children say that just make you nod, scratch your head and walk away?

  • One of my girls called her sister a "red headed freak" once. They're identical twins so I found it very amusing ha-ha:)

  • When my oldest DD was 2 1/2, she was standing in the back seat of the car. I told her to sit down so I could get her buckled in. She promptly informed me "I'll get situated in a minute, Mommy!" Se was trying to get her baby dolls lined up with her in the back seat.
