Any ideas about how to quickly take the pain of sunburn away???

  • Rub the regular noxema cream cleanser into the skin. It will help you keep from peeling and take the sting out almost immediately.

  • Aloe Vera Gel and ibuprophen help, but it'll take a while for the skin to heal.

  • cold wet rags wrapped around the area will help soak the heat out...the previous suggestions are also what I would suggest

  • ON top of the aloe and the motrin..DRINK. Burns, any burn can be dehydrating.. Drink lots of water.

  • i've heard vinegar works the fastest...a cotton call soaked in it and apply to the burnt skin

  • fluids, aloe vera lotion works and just read recently that if you soak tea bags and apply tea bags to sunburn that helps, cool wash cloths,

  • Walmart has an equate brand of aloe with lanacaine in it. If you can't get to the store, yellow mustard works on burns.

  • some of these i never heard of before...great to know. also baking soda and water..make a paste. drink tons of water. i keep aloe vera in the kitchen at all times, cause i tend to burn myself often. noxema always felt the most relieving to me. feel better soon!
