  • a hot, private bath followed by reading in bed alone or with a quiet, supportive partner

  • i listen to music or get on here, or go somewhere that i feel is peaceful and calm down (if i have the gas) but sometimes i read too that helps also cause helps u get ur mind off the problem.

  • Smoking and music work for me.  I highly recommend the latter but not the former.

  • I don't smoke never have and it bothers my breathing so try to stay away from it as much as possible have nothing against people that do I just never started or cared for the smell

  • Exercise and singing...Loud the time I finish either of those I fell much better and ready for some sleep.
