  • When your three year old climbs into bed with you and says "Mommy, I think I'm going puke," right before she does it all over the sheets I had just changed the night before. When that happens, you are AWAKE!

    Or when the dog licks you in the ear.

  • Yoga is a good way to wake up. If you don't know yoga, simple stretching is good.

  • splash my face with cool water & get moving. Sitting down and vegging out does nothing to help the tired feeling go away. I will go out and check the garden, clean soemthing, or hell turn on my pc and put music on and dance a lil bit.

  • I just get up and get moving! That's the only way for me. Caffeine does nothing for me! Or if my children rise before me (rarely does this happen), then I've got to move it lol.
