  • Don't waste your money on products like this. Portion control and a little will power go a long way. Using smaller plates is a cute trick that really works. It fools your mind into thinking your still eating the larger portions because you see a full plate. Drinking a glass of water before you eat works too. There are too many cheap ways to help you lose weight. Don't give these companies any more money then they already have.

  • My mother tried it and she said it didn't work for her. What I have found for myself that helps as an appetite suppressant is that Wrigley's gum in the black and green wrapping flavored Rain. I don't know about the other flavors that are similar to that one, that that particular gum works and it's a lot cheaper than Sensa!
