Could a pain in the right ovary mean a sign of pregnancy?

This morning i just had a pain in the right side of my ovary and now its gone, i was just wondering, i never had a pain in my ovaries before.

  • It could be ovulation pain, some women get pain in their ovaries when they ovulate.

  • I get cysts. So it could be anything.

  • Your ovary might be inflamed. I had that problem and found out that my ovary was extremely inflamed, but with a little medication, it went down in a few days. I wouldnt get your hopes up yet. Wait a week or two then take a test.
