  • The one I use All the time is 1/2c Olive oil, 1/4c worchestershire sauce, 6T soy sauce, 1/4c minced garlic, 2Tsalt, 1T pepper, 3T steak seasoning ( I use McCormicks Montreal Steak Seasoning) 3T A-1 Steak sauce.
Combine all together. Prick steaks with a fork, pour marinade on top of them and marinate for 2-24 hours.

So Fantastic! If I am not marinating them for too long I will also throw shrimp in any left over marinade and grill them alongside the steak. but don't marinate the shrimp any more than an hour, after that the marinade is too overpowering and the shrimp dont taste as good.

  • First wash your steak then use a nice amount of seasonning chop up your onions to your liking to give it that kicking flavor, sit it in your refrig over night take about a cup full of water and some wish sauces and pour it into your steak cover it for about an hour to bake on 350 dergrees take the cover off and let it bake for about 15 minutes keep the juices flowing over the steak and get ready to chow

  • Drizzles with olive oil on both side. Season with salt and pepper and fresh chopped garlic. Let sit at room temp for 30 minutes before grilling or cooking. Easy, simple and delicious. Learned this from Food Network.
