  • Chart to figure out when you are most fertile and then have sex every other day during your fertile period. Read up on how your reproductive cycle works so you know how you actually get pregnant. Taking Charge of your Fertility byt Toni Weschler is a great book on it.

  • Get married, that may work. lol

Start by checking your basal body temperature (buy a BBT Thermometer at the drug store) and use to tell when you ovulate.

    Google BBT Thermometer.

  • the best way is to just relax and quit trying too hard...stress will prevent you from becoming pregnant...

  • You're only fertile for about 24 hours every cycle. This happens about 2 weeks before you get your period. Having sex every other day around that time is what the experts say works best. It allows for the sperm to be present in a high enough concentration for conception.  Sperm live for up to 3 days inside you after having sex, so starting to try about 16 days before you expect your period should have you pregnant sooner.  BBT charting and OPKs will help you determine exactly when you ovulate.  With BBT, you ovulate and then your temperaturegoes up so you need to see what your pattern is for a few months.  Even if the timing is right, only 30% of couples will get pregnant that cycle.  Most couples take 3+ months to conceive.
