Do you refrigerate home made jams and jellies after you have opened them? Why?

  • yes, because I make them myself with very little sugar and no preservatives :)

  • I do, but I do with any jams. It keeps them longer than leaving them at room temp.

  • I do and it just seems like the right thing to do I guess I was raised to keep them in the fridge...however my pancake syrup is never in the fridge
