WIC checks baby food

I'm not ready to start feeding her baby food yet but that's no reason I can't fill the checks. I was looking over them and it says 19 of the 7oz (2-3.5oz) of .... that really means get a variaty of 38! I'm just wondering what size is the baby food sold in? Or does some come in 7oz and some in 3.5oz?
